No. The items we sell are pre-owned but don't let that scare you. Every item is in good and wearable condition. Each item even has detailed descriptions about condition and sizing.
How long does shipping take?
We can't give you an exact answer on how long shipping takes since it depends on where you live. However shipping inside EU mostly takes up to 4 days. Shipping outside of EU might take longer but still not too long!

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after your delivery to be able to return your item.
How do I return something?
You are able to make a Return Request on your order confirmation. Then you need to ship the item back to us and when we get the package, we are going to take care of the refund and more.
