Yes, we do a legit check on all of our items, which means, that every item is a real designer piece
Are your items new?
No. The items we sell are pre-owned but do not let that scare you. Every item is in a good and wearable condition. Each item even has detailed descriptions about condition and sizing.
How long does shipping take?
We cant give you an exact answer on how long shipping takes since it depends on where you live. However shipping inside EU mostly takes up to 4 days. Shipping outside of EU might take longer but still not too long!
Where are you based?
We are based in germany.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after your delivery to be able to return your item.
How do I return something?
Step 1: Make sure that your package arrived no longer than 14 days ago. (we do not accept returns after 14 days after arrival of your package)
Step 2: Create a return-request (you will find it on your order conformation) (dont wait for a confirmation or response to the return-request)
Step 3: Send the product back to us (yes the buyer is responsible for that. We don’t give out shipping labels)
Step 4: Once the product arrived, we will be taking care of the rest.
